Kokua Support Services
Kōkua Support Services, a dba of E.P.C.S. a Virginia based 8(a), specializes in service support, all types, for federal Agencies. As an NHO owned 8(a) it is capable of taking the lead on federal procurements where requirements are set aside for NHO or 8(a) business. As a developing 8(a) Kokua Support Services can also function in a Mentor Protégé arrangement with other companies working with Kokua Support Services to develop its capabilities. Kokua Support Services is also capable of operating as the sole contractor providing services to federal Agencies.
Gary Grosz is president of Kokua Support Services. He brings a track record of successful efforts in the services fields. He is also President of Cruz Associates Pacific, CAP, providing services to the Navy for ordnance operations on Guam. CAP is teamed with DZSP21 as a subcontractor for ordnance management and handling. DZSP21 is a joint venture of Day & Zimmerman, SKE International and Parsons Corporation. Contract operations began in October 2005 and the contract duration is 10 years (5 +5 years).
